Contact us for a coach's application.  We'll be glad to mail you one.  We do require that you fill out an application, attend training, and complete a background check to coach in our league.

Coach's Training will be held on:
Saturday, November 22 at 8:30 a.m. at Crestwood Baptist Church
Sunday, November 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Crestwood Baptist Church
Monday, November 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Crestwood Baptist Church
*All coaches must attend one session.

Referee Training will be held on:
Saturday, December 6 at 8:30 a.m. at Crestwood Baptist Church
Sunday, December 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Crestwood United Methodist Church
Monday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Crestwood Baptist Church
*All coaches and referees must attend one session.
